With over 20 years of experience spanning marketing, customer service, operations, and event logistics, I've developed a keen ability to create meaningful, memorable experiences that celebrate life’s biggest (and smallest) moments.

My passion for events started when my kids were young—I’ve always loved planning themed parties, hosting gatherings, and bringing creative ideas to life. Whether it’s a birthday bash, a team celebration, or a beautifully styled dinner party, I find joy in crafting events that leave people smiling. That love for planning naturally evolved into helping others do the same, and it’s become one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

My journey into the world of travel began alongside my cousin, Jennifer McPherson, a well-established expert in the industry. What started as marketing support grew into a deeper involvement, and I’m now an affiliate of her thriving business. It’s allowed me to merge my love of planning with my passion for travel—crafting unique, unforgettable trips that blend adventure, relaxation, and personal meaning.

I also work with a variety of companies in the marketing space, with most of my time spent with Better Mousetrap Marketing, co-owned by my sister Lisa. Working with family and close friends has always been important to me—there’s a shared trust and commitment that naturally leads to great results. At the heart of it all is my belief in the power of exceptional customer service. Whether in retail, travel, events, or marketing, making people feel heard and taken care of is what I value most.
